The Inn at Newport Ranch -

The Inn at Newport Ranch is a unique property featuring 4 guest rooms, 3 suites, 1 oceanfront home. It is located on a 2000 acre private reserve and part of a coastal cattle ranch approximately 122 miles from STS Airport, 212 miles from SFO Airport, 195 miles from OAK Airport and 191 miles from SMF Airport. All of their rooms & suites either have a "guest kitchen" or their own kitchens (Suites) to use. While staying at The Inn at Newport Ranch, guests will also be offered an array of dining options. With over a mile of oceanfront, three miles of ridge tops, panoramic coastal views and 20 miles of world-class hiking and riding trails through redwoods and along the coast, the ranch is a unique private domain for vacations, conferences, weddings, and events. Sopris House-
Crested Butte, Colorado
Sopris House is full of history and character, just like the town of Crested Butte. The original 1882 building infamously became the Spritzer Bar, a saloon bought by Martin Spritzer in 1924 and operated by Slovenian immigrants. The intimate, four-bedroom home still has its original tin ceiling and mountain town touches like a massive buffalo head in the dining room and a private saloon. If you need an outdoor fix, Crested Butte is the place to get it. Considered a mountain biking mecca, the area boasts the largest single track system in the U.S. Hike or bike through alpine meadows carpeted in technicolor blooms or forested trails canopied in autumnal gold. There’s no itinerary. Choose your own adventure, from float trips where you’ll angle for rainbow trout, to afternoons rock climbing the high granite cliffs of the Taylor Canyon.

Malibu Beach House features 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths and can accommodate up to 10 people. It is managed by Proper Hotels & Residences and part of the Traveller Made collection. It is located on Carbon Beach nicknamed “Billionaire’s Beach” in Malibu, Ca approximately 21 miles from LAX Airport. This acclaimed villa features a modern open floor plan with original contemporary art, high end appliances and custom designed furniture. The main level includes floor to ceiling glass doors that lead to an expansive patio for dining, entertaining or simply taking in the majestic ocean views. Surf outside your front door or walk the private beach to the Malibu Pier, Nobu or Little Beach House Malibu (Soho House). Anything less just wouldn’t be proper.
